Growth Year – Players who have taken a growth year or repeated a grade will be placed in their age-eligible group, even if that results in them playing with players outside of their current class grade. The shift to school-year formation does not override birthdate-based age eligibility.

Started School Early – Players who started school early remain eligible to play in their age-eligible group. At the same time, if a family would like the club to consider placement with the player’s class grade, that request may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Birthdate-based eligibility still applies within the school-year formation model.
